How it works
EEG biofeedback monitors brainwave patterns related to focus in real time and turns them into visual or auditory cues a child can perceive. Through that feedback loop, children practice self-regulating attention and gradually build a steadier focus pattern.

What does the attention training program involve?
The attention program uses EEG biofeedback equipment to monitor the learner's state of focus and relaxation in real time, turning those brainwave signals into an on-screen game or exercise. By actively steering their own brainwaves, learners gradually build sustained attention, selective attention and resistance to distraction.
Every session is guided one-on-one by a coach and combines hand-eye coordination, visual-auditory tracking and working-memory tasks in a step-by-step progression. Families receive a report at the end of each stage showing how the learner is progressing. See /en/courses/attention for details.
What does a typical training cycle look like?
Every learner starts with a baseline assessment that combines cognitive testing, behavioural observation and a parent interview. Based on this, the coach designs a personalised training plan.
A regular session usually lasts 50–60 minutes and follows this flow:
- Sign-in and a brief check on the learner's state;
- EEG sensors are placed and the learner begins the training tasks;
- The coach stays with the learner and adjusts difficulty in real time;
- After class, the learner receives a session report and home practice suggestions.
Training is organised into stages. At the end of each stage we review the learner's progress with the family and decide together whether to continue, deepen or pause the program.
How often and for how long should training run?
We suggest two to three sessions a week, 50–60 minutes each, without long interruptions. That rhythm is enough for the brain to consolidate what it practises, while leaving the learner's schoolwork and rest largely untouched.
A full training cycle usually runs two to six months. The exact length is set individually, based on the initial assessment, the learner's age and the goals agreed with the family. If a major exam or a long holiday is coming up, the pace can be adjusted with the coach so that fatigue does not build up. Progress is tracked at every stage review, so families can decide together whether to continue, go deeper or pause.
