3. Minors' Data

We apply data-minimisation principles to information about minor learners:

We do not collect unnecessary information such as a learner's ID-card number, the sensitive address of their school, or raw biometric data.
Learner training data is collected and processed only after the guardian's explicit consent.
Guardians may access, correct, or request deletion of a learner's data at any time.

If we discover information about a minor submitted without a guardian's consent, we will delete it within a reasonable time.

4. Your Rights

Within the applicable legal framework you have the following rights: access, obtaining a copy, rectification, erasure, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint.

5. Data Retention and Security

Form submissions are retained in a controlled database only for the enquiry period (12 months by default); data not followed up beyond that period is anonymised or deleted.
Sensitive fields are stored encrypted; the admin console is accessible only to authorised staff, with access logs retained.
