1. Your child overlooks details and makes careless mistakes in homework or practice.
2. Your child has difficulty staying focused in class, on homework, or during longer activities.
3. Your child seems not to be listening when spoken to directly.
4. Your child starts homework or chores but does not finish them as asked.
5. Your child has trouble organising homework, belongings and time.
6. Your child avoids or is reluctant to do things that require sustained mental effort (such as homework or memorisation).
7. Your child loses school or everyday items (stationery, water bottle, workbooks).
8. Your child is easily distracted by sounds or movement nearby.
9. Your child is forgetful in daily activities (forgets tasks set by the teacher, appointments, and so on).
10. Your child fidgets with hands or feet, or squirms in the seat.
11. Your child leaves the seat in situations where staying seated is expected (in class, at meals).
12. Your child runs about or climbs in situations where it is not appropriate.
13. Your child has difficulty playing or joining leisure activities quietly.
14. Your child is constantly on the move, as if driven by a motor.
15. Your child talks non-stop, far more than the situation calls for.
16. Your child blurts out an answer before the question has been finished.
17. Your child has difficulty waiting in line or waiting for a turn.
18. Your child interrupts others while they are speaking, or barges into their games and activities.
19. Your child is interrupted or drawn away by phones, tablets or other devices while studying.

22. Your child keeps putting off starting homework and needs repeated reminders.
23. Your child's study environment is noisy, or the desk is cluttered with unrelated items.
